About Valued Textiles

Nanjing Valued Textiles Co., Ltd. was launched in March 2004 based on an existing hand-painted craft manufactory. We design fine patterns, then paint and dye on the grey fabric (silk, wool or cotton) one by one by hands, resulting in finished fabrics and clothes. Our products include sleepwear, fashion dresses, scarves, slippers, bags and home textiles, such as bed linens, curtains and cushions.

We turn out 2,0000 pieces monthly. Every item has been designed, drawn and painted by hand, including the background. It's a labor-intensive process that few manufacturers can keep up with. Choose from more than 300 designs inspired by traditional Chinese culture. We use silk, wool or cotton fabrics to create dazzling patterns for sleepwear, dresses, scarves, slippers and bags. You won't find such a wide selection with other suppliers.

We have a factory in Hangzhou – China's premier silk production center – to fill your orders. We have staff with more than eight years of experience in hand painting to supervise production. Our QC officers inspect dye saturation and strictly control the addition of water during the process to ensure color integrity. Each piece is then pressure-steamed and put through a softening process for good colorfastness and comfort.

About Chelsea

Twenty- eight years-old and China born, Chelsea graduated from Loughborough University with a master degree in management. Before she went to UK, she had spent the previous four years working as an fabric designer in Nanjing.

“I spent the best four years in Nanjing and I absolutely loved it,” says Chelsea. “But my UK experience, gave me more, I found some fantastic British traditional things and was lucky enough time to visit lots of amazing places.”
